We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, without wear, with tags, original packaging and gift items. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well. If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us by at Support.
